St Abbs

Wolffish poking its head out between two soft coralsA world class dive, situated just an hours drive from Edinburgh is the St Abbs and Eyemouth Marine Reserve. We’ll set off from St Abbs harbour around the headland where you can explore the coral smothered gullies, admire the beauty of nudibranches and sea hares, watch male cuckoo wrasses show off their dazzling colours and see if you can spot the legendary wolf fish.

New diver trip – We are running 2 trips for newer divers. It’ll be £100 and the additional uplift is so we can put an extra guide/dive team member in the water and increase our staff:diver ratio.

Clyde - Wreckspeditions

When you think of the Clyde, you think shipbuilding, a vast history of manufacture. Well this trip lends to this, with a focus on searching for the fabled wrecks within the Firth of Clyde. With over 20 shipwrecks, multiple walls, thriving rocky reefs and an abundance of marine life, this trip has it all.

For 2026, we have decided to improve flexibility on the trip by allowing days to be booked individually and divers can organise their own accomodation if they opt to do both days.

Weather dependent, we will also be looking to explore some sights outwith the immediate channel on one of the two days. Whatever sites we do on the day, expect 2 dives exploring shipwrecks in the 25-40m range. There may be the odd scenic dive but it is wrecks we go to the Clyde to see!

Farne Islands - Wrecks

A seal peers out from some kelp

Embark on a thrilling underwater adventure at the Farne Islands, where history lies beneath the waves. Our wreck diving experience takes you to depths of 30 meters, revealing the haunting beauty of sunken vessels like the SS SomaliVagen, and Monkwearmouth. These wrecks, scattered across dramatic seabeds and undercut cliffs, offer a unique glimpse into maritime history and serve as thriving habitats for marine life.

With the high potential for excellent visibility and encounters with seals, cod, and crustaceans, this offering is perfect for experienced divers seeking both challenge and discovery.

If haven’t already got your Advanced Open Water certificate then this is a great trip to aim to achieve it by, or maybe complete the training alongside your trip!

Seal encounters are available year around, but September/October is when the seal pups come out to play. They are very inquisitive and often come in to take a close look and even nibble on your fins!
